Delivery Policy

At Bloc Eyewear, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly, securely and efficiently. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Delivery Services
Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and the products ordered.
Typical services include:
- UK Standard Delivery – Approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- UK Express Delivery – Next Working Day (Monday to Friday only) for eligible orders placed before the published daily cut-off time.
- International Tracked Delivery – Available to selected countries, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout.
Delivery services may change without notice depending on carrier availability.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed during UK business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after the daily dispatch cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
During promotional periods or exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery times displayed on our website, at checkout or provided by Customer Services are estimates only.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to achieve these estimates, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Bloc Tactical is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier delays;
- Customs clearance;
- Adverse weather;
- Industrial action;
- Transport disruption;
- Security inspections;
- Incorrect customer information; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. International Deliveries
International orders are shipped using tracked postal or courier services.
The final delivery may be completed by your country's local postal operator or courier partner.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.
Where applicable, import duties, customs charges, VAT, taxes or other government fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Countries We Deliver To
We deliver to selected countries only.
Due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, carrier limitations or customs regulations, we may refuse or cancel orders to certain countries, territories or regions.
Available delivery destinations are shown during checkout and may change without notice.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed;
- Additional shipping charges may apply;
- Parcels may be returned to us; and
- We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrectly supplied addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@blocsystems.co.uk. We will make every reasonable effort to amend the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
7. Delivery Discrepancies, Damage and Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If:
- Your parcel arrives damaged;
- Items are missing;
- Incorrect products have been supplied; or
- Your order appears incomplete,
you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date by emailing info@blocsystems.co.uk
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the parcel;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- Photographs of the products received; and
- A description of the issue.
Prompt notification helps us investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We may need to allow the courier's official investigation period to expire before a parcel can be declared lost.
Replacement products or refunds will be provided where appropriate following completion of the courier investigation.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- No recipient is available;
- Delivery is refused;
- The parcel is not collected from a collection point;
- Customs charges are refused; or
- An incorrect delivery address has been supplied,
the parcel may be returned to us.
Any additional delivery charges, return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
10. Signature & Safe Place Deliveries
Where a customer authorises the delivery carrier to leave a parcel in a nominated safe place, with a neighbour, or in accordance with alternative delivery instructions, delivery will be deemed to have been successfully completed once the carrier confirms delivery in accordance with those instructions.
From that point, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer, and Bloc Tactical cannot accept liability for any loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
If no alternative delivery instructions have been authorised, responsibility for the goods transfers upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
11. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Ownership of the goods transfers only once payment has been received in full.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our delivery obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Pandemics;
- Industrial disputes;
- Transport disruption;
- Customs delays;
- Government action;
- Carrier failures; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
